About Me - Professional
I'm a uTester — a member of uTest — the world's largest online community for software testers. uTesters are independent contractors working remotely for uTest. uTest is the crowdsourced Software Testing community of its parent company, Applause App Quality. I've done both Functional Testing and Accessibility Testing for uTest, along with a small amount of Localization Testing. For more information on my work with uTest, see my uTest: Do You Test? I Test for uTest blog post.
I'm also an active member of the Pittsburgh Software Quality meetup group. In the past, I’ve been employed as a Software Engineer and an Applications Programmer. Those roles included work in Algorithm, Correctness, Integration, Interface, Performance, Repeatability, Regression, and Unit Testing. While a Software Engineer, I also taught an Introductory Ada Programming course after-hours to fellow employees.
About Me - Personal
I'm a husband, a father, and a Christian, living and working in Western Pennsylvania (USA).
